Role-specific Training

All of our roles involve on-the-job training and learning through others. Our Line Managers encourage you to attend specific training sessions, conferences or workshops that may help you to develop in your role. Head office staff will also complete a shift in one of out retail stores to learn more about the heart of our business.

Lunch & Learns

Lunch & Learns are special workshops or presentations held once a month to help expand our knowledge and develop those personal skills that may otherwise be hard to obtain in the workplace. These sessions cover a broad range of topics from self-defence to nutrition and we hope that you will find all of these exciting and valuable.

 

Foundations of Buying and Merchandise Planning

This is an interactive, self-paced training course. The program combines online learning with downloadable checklists and discussion questions and is aimed at those employees in junior Buying or Planning roles that are seeking to pursue careers in these fields.
