As part of everyday duties, employees may be required to:

• Effectively communicate with customers or colleagues
• Use point of sale equipment and/or keyboard
• Move around and work for extended periods of time on hard floor
• Lift and manually handle cartons and bags of stock
• Use ladders to access stock in reserves and on the sales floor
• Clean and tidy sales floors, including vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Be honest, legal, fair and trustworthy in dealings and relationships
